Chimm means ‘taste’ in Thai and we are proud of all the tastes we have to offer. Established in 2018, we are an independent, Asian family owned and operated full service restaurant, specializing in traditional Thai food and other popular dishes from surrounding Southeast Asian neighbors. We strive to make our flavors reminiscent of its origin, while having fun with new recipes. Much of our menu includes our take on Thailand’s infamous street food from the Central and Northeastern Isan regions, as well as popularized dishes like Pad Thai, Green Curry, Drunken Noodles, and also noodle bowls like Vietnamese Pho and Thai Boat Noodles.
