Drunken Noodles

– Put about 1-2 tablespoons of coconut, avocado, or any oil of your choosing in your wok or non stick pan. A cast iron will even do really well!

– heat it until it lightly smokes, then bring it back down to medium – low

– throw in your peppers, onions, and protein, stir fry until lightly cooked

– add a little of our sauce on top and keep flipping and flipping

– add the noodles next

– keep flipping and then add the rest of the brown sauce

– bring the heat up and then add the basil at the end just before serving

One tip is that some of the noodles may still stick together, almost as if lasagna sheets were on top of each other, so you’ll want to separate them.

Pad Thai

– Put about 1-2 tablespoons of coconut, avocado, or any oil of your choosing in your wok or non stick pan. A cast iron will even do really well!

– heat it until it lightly smokes, then bring it back down to medium – low

– scramble and then cook your egg until like an omelette consistency. You can then break it up however you’d like (strips, pieces, etc)

– throw in your and protein/veggies, stir fry until lightly cooked

– add a little of our sauce on top and keep flipping and flipping

– add the noodles next, with a little bit of water to loosen them up. Maybe 1/8 of a cup. Keep stirring/flipping the noodles until water is about evaporated,

– keep flipping and then add the rest of the Pad Thai sauce

– bring the heat up and then add the Bean Sprouts at the end just before serving

Top with peanuts or add on the side with lime
